Modernizing the Olympic Park
In 2021, with the objective of revitalizing and modernizing the Olympic Park, the park’s management commissioned the architectural firm Daoust Lestage Lizotte Stecker to rethink the park’s main entrance. The project had a dual mission: to reinforce the environmental and community aspect while enhancing the park’s existing architecture. The goal was to create a welcoming and attractive space for residents and visitors.
With this in mind, the Olympic Park teamed up with trusted partners. The architectural firm Daoust Lestage Lizotte Stecker was appointed to design the new park entrance, relying on Permacon’s expertise.
Pavers manufactured to order
Permacon suggested using Boulevard 300 pavers: especially designed to withstand heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic, these pavers were perfectly suited to the needs of the Olympic Park, which welcomes some 4 million visitors every year.
In addition, to bring the architect’s vision to life, Permacon’s laboratory developed three new exclusive Boulevard 300 paver colours. These unique shades of grey, combined with two different textures (smooth and Granitech), created a unique design while complying with the park’s existing architecture. This attention to detail has helped transform the entrance to the Olympic Park into a true architectural masterpiece.
Advantages of Boulevard 300 Pavers
- Durable and resistant
- Easy to install
- Low maintenance
- Versatility
A Haven of Green and Peace

Water fountains, shadow plays and planted areas, all designed by Daoust Lestage Lizotte Stecker , create a warm, relaxing atmosphere.
